Guided Multi-Step Assessment Wizard

A structured, step-by-step assessment workflow (14 steps) that walks the BCBA from client background and intake through functional assessment, treatment planning, and final document assembly.

• QABF-driven functional analysis: the platform scores the QABF automatically and derives the hypothesized function(s) of behavior directly from the instrument — no manual guesswork. Tied functions are surfaced clearly, and the system supports multi-function profiles.
• Multi-function clinical recommendation engine: intervention and replacement-behavior recommendations are generated from the top QABF function scores (including boundary ties), so treatment planning stays aligned with the assessment data.
• Reinforcer inventory integration: preference and reinforcer data is captured within the assessment and reused across treatment planning.

Treatment Planning

• Replacement behavior selection with implementation procedures attached to each replacement target — visible in the planning cards and carried into the final printed document.
• Caregiver goals with their own implementation procedures, keeping parent/guardian training an explicit, documented part of the plan.

AI-Assisted Clinical Writing (with clinical safeguards)

• Targeted AI assistance generates narrative content section-by-section (background summaries, behavior descriptions, goal narratives), saving BCBAs hours of report writing.
• The final assembled document is never AI-generated — it is rendered directly from the clinician's reviewed and saved data. AI accelerates drafting; the clinician's record is the source of truth.
• Consent and signatures are fully independent of AI: treatment consenting and signature capture always work, regardless of AI availability, so clinical workflows are never blocked.
